Duties
* Overseeing day-to-day office functions.
* Monitoring company inbox.
* Processing invoices and reconciling payments.
* Ordering stationary and consumables.
* Maintaining HR records and database.
* Maintain staff CPD and training records and assist in booking courses.
* Assisting with occasional marketing and social media posts.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
