Customer Care - Hadleigh - Part Time - Friday to Sunday 3pm till 11pm!!
As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include dealing with customers, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the customer areas, making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organizing special events, addressing customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
It is essential to establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and to keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction. You will be working in a fast-moving, high-energy environment, and we’re looking for a genuine smile and the ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behavior should come naturally to you, and you should work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is essential.
