We are looking for an Onboarding Partner to join us on 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover). The role will be hybrid working, 3 days from our Basildon offices and 2 days working from home. The role includes proactive and responsive contact with new network members, answering queries by phone and email, as well as chasing for documents and information to complete processing their applications. All Inbox queries must be handled on the same working day (or within 24 hours for more complex cases). The OB Partner is also responsible for ensuring member requests are completed within agreed, standard timelines (examples: reference requests, company detail updates etc) Key responsibilities Knowing the full criteria, requirements and timelines for a new firm / adviser when completing an application to join the network Providing support for AR Firms / Advisers where required to correctly provide all information / documents Completing the processing of all applications (new Introducer and Licence requests, as well as Adviser cases) to standard and schedule Flag up to Senior OB Partner / OB Manager where workloads may impact capacity to complete applications on time and agree contingency measures Monitoring the volumes and turnaround times of calls & emails Ensuring own items are completed within expected timelines Maintaining knowledge of processes and requirements for member requests (examples: reference requests, change of company details, new Licence requests etc) Our ideal candidate Previous office / admin experience essential Able to remain focussed and motivated reviewing lengthy, detailed documentation Keen eye for detail Probing, investigative, analytical Clear and articulate communicator Able to fully satisfy the pre-employment screening process which comprises of right to work, identity, 5 years referencing, AML, credit screen, financial sanctions and DBS checks How to apply Apply with CV.
