Vacancy/Job title: Marketing Executive Location: Stratford-upon-Avon/Cirencester (Hybrid Working) This role will offer support to a leading financial services client team in responding to marketing requests from their network of over 200 agencies throughout the UK. The role involves reviewing and responding to requests utilising the wide range of resources available, as well as policies and best practice guidelines. Where requests are more complex or unusual, you'll need to liaise with teams across the client itself to determine the best way to respond and to escalate as appropriate if resolution is proving difficult. You'll be managing multiple jobs at the same time, some larger, some smaller, so great organisational skills are critical to keeping on top of the requests and responding within SLA. This role is 100% working on the financial services client account and embedded into the client team. The role is full time (37.5 hours per week) but part time hours can be considered (30 hours per week). School working hours can be accommodated (5/6 hours per day). The person would be required to have two office days per week, one day in the Golley Slater offices in Cirencester, and one day per week in the client office. Details around this can be discussed at interview stage. What you will be doing: Focusing on developing client relationships, gaining trust and credibility. Reviewing and actioning marketing requests - logging requests in the first instance, before assessing the complexity of the request and determining next steps Liaising with client agencies, external suppliers and other teams to respond to marketing requests in a timely manner, within agreed SLAs and in line with best practice. Reviewing all marketing collateral before it is passed onto other teams for approval if needed, and ultimately the compliance department at the client for clearance Undertake administrative tasks as required - mainly logging and updating excel spreadsheets and plus maintaining our teams shared files.
