Roles and Responsibilities
Managing 5 production technicians and contractors when necessary Ensuring electronic and mechanical products are delivered on time and within budget to customers Managing MRP/ERP Systems and stock levels Ensuring production KPIs are followed and met Ensuring H&S in production is followed Planning production schedules and forecasting Sourcing suppliers to procure complex machined parts Developing and implementing manufacturing processes for new productsKey Skills
Solid engineering understand with ability to read technical drawings Experience in Electronic manufacturing would be highly beneficial Experience in Oil & Gas / Aerospace / Defence Experience purchasing complex machined components Knowledge of change management and continuous improvement Knowledge of quality standards, Quality management systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standardsPackage
