We are searching for a Deputy Home Manager to join our team based in Woodcroft Care Home, Cardiff.
This role is offered on a full-time (36 hours per week), permanent basis working with an annual salary of £36,000 per annum plus benefits.
What you'll do
Supporting the Home Manager to achieve consistent delivery of excellent person-centred care for our residents, you'll be working alongside the Home Manager and colleagues to ensure that the home is operating to the highest standards of care and service as well as ensuring the Home is compliant in going above and beyond the National Minimum Standards of Care Homes.
What you'll need
You'll need demonstrable relevant experience in either a care home setting or caring for the elderly and have a strong knowledge of the care sector with a good understanding of care home regulations. You will hold a QCF Level 5 or equivalent. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to communicate at all levels as well as have the ability to form positive relationships. You will have demonstrated experience and knowledge in using digital payroll systems.

Where you will be working
Woodcroft is a 60-bed care home located in Trowbridge. It provides a modern, homely setting for the elderly and those who may need EMI care. The design supports an environment that enables independence and choice within a comfortable and secure setting.
