Working closely with teachers and specialists, you will provide one-on-one and group support to help students achieve their educational goals, develop social skills, and build confidence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a caring and inclusive environment and is committed to empowering students with additional needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with autism, adapting to individual needs. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other staff to create an inclusive learning experience. Assist with the development of communication, social, and independence skills. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with children or young adults with autism or SEN is preferred. Patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting young people’s development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible and adaptable, able to respond to the dynamic needs of the school environment.
