We are looking for a Senior National Sales Training Consultant, Commercial Insurance to join BrokerLink and work out of our Ontario or Atlantic regions on a Permanent FT Basis.

What the Role Entails:
* Build, maintain, and facilitate programs that promote sales, pipeline management, and coaching development that strengthen our customer base through the acquisition of new customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets, improving retention, and other corporate KPIs.
* Contribute to driving growth and brand awareness by providing leadership on the planning and implementation of prospecting, opportunities, and marketing initiatives that develop robust COIs.
* Support expanding on vertical growth within key segments of our portfolio.
* Work in collaboration with other departments to help meet corporate initiatives.
* Build and maintain strong communication and relationships with Senior Leadership, Directors, Territory Managers, Branch Managers, and all Associates at every opportunity.
* Support a high-performance culture with the coaching and support of developing performers as well as supporting the growth of high performers across the organization.
