The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a pleasant experience.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
-Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage and maintain organised seating areas and a nice environment for customers
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, handling inquiries and bookings efficiently
- Assist with data entry and clerical tasks as/if needed
