About the role
To support the Digital Marketing Manager in day-to-day delivery of UCAS Display strategy. Assisting and
supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in achieving growth and best practice in display and programmatic
channels. Delivering and monitoring performance of campaigns and making optimization recommendations and
owning key client delivery within the business. Own the display channel and liaise with stakeholders. You will be
passionate and understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
Key accountabilities:
• Assist Digital Marketing Manager in growing the Digital Marketing strategy.
• Be the Display champion for diversifying and maturing the Display and Programmatic products.
• Work with the Digital Marketing team to share knowledge and upskill colleagues.
• Undertake account health check duties to have oversight of performance across the inventory.
• Work with the marketing team to optimise display revenue and enhance display performance.
• Manage the day-to-day processes in a smart and effective manner, including forecasting impressions.
• Drive performance of campaigns by making detailed recommendations on optimisations.

Skills, qualifications, and experience
Essential:
• 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
• Display and programmatic experience, well versed in managing inventory and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills
• Track record of delivery in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent data analysis, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail in documentation and communication.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet variable deadlines.
Desirable:
• Experience of using CRM and customer databases.
• Media Sales Experience
• Programmatic Display Experience
• Experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) for inventory and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Ads for paid search and display campaigns.
• Hands-on expertise with Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) • Publisher side experience

Salary - up to £28,000
