What the role involves:
1. Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs (SEN) across various key stages (Primary, Secondary, and Post-16)
2. Assisting with classroom activities, behaviour management, and individual support plans
3. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals
4. Providing emotional and social support to students, helping them thrive in their learning environment
