Main duties of the job We are looking for a compassionate and values-driven individual to join us as our new Deputy Care Group Manager to jointly lead the cardiothoracic and vascular care group (CV&T). We are a large and busy service within UHS, with a core workforce of 900 talented individuals delivering in excess of 87,000 outpatient episodes and over 10,000 inpatients admissions each year. Given the complexity and volume of our work, we are expanding the operational management team to include a new service manager to support a portfolio of specialties. You will be busy; the rhythm of the CV&T is fast paced and our patients are central to everything we do.
