Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Senior Business Support Officer - Belfast

* Location: Adelaide Street, Belfast
* Rate of pay: £13.91 ph
* Hours: 37 hours, Monday - Friday, weekends off!
* Duration: Temporary, ongoing

The Role:
* You will assist in the development, implementation and review of Land & Regeneration Services business unit objectives, core activities and policies and procedures, including maintenance of IT business support systems and other administrative tasks as required.
Criteria:
* A degree or an equivalent level qualification and must also be able to demonstrate 1 year relevant experience.
* OR
* BTEC Higher or an equivalent level qualification and must also be able to demonstrate 2 years relevant experience.
* OR
* Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience may also be considered.
AND have significant experience in at least 4 of the following 7 areas:
* Experience in developing and implementing strategies, policies and processes.
* Experience in the development and maintenance of new organisational IT/data systems.
* Experience in the development, production and publishing of organisational reports to a professional standard for senior managers and/or external stakeholders.
* Experience of representing the Housing Executive to both external and internal stakeholders.
* Experience in extracting and presentation of data and information from primary and other research sources to inform the management decision-making process and identify solutions.
* Experience in the development of economic appraisals.
* Experience in the use of IT software for developing and maintaining management spreadsheets/databases, interrogation of spreadsheets/databases to produce relevant statistics; and mapping, information retrieval, and analysis for reporting purposes.
