We're currently hiring for a CRM Executive to join a global hospitality group consisting of the largest hotel and restaurant chains in the UK and Germany. What You’ll Bring To The Table Owning CRM workflows and deployment of multi-channel CRM activity across service, transactional and automation activities. Support CRM initiatives and business requirements, including briefing and activity design processes. Create highly targeted workflows using segmentations and dats to enhance customer experience. Ensure efficient delivery of CRM activities, utilising existing and new system capabilities. Create and maintain triggered transactional communities. Manage CRM inbox and resolve customer email delivery issues. Skills & Experience We're Looking For Experience using Adobe Campaign Classic. Experience in personalised campaign creation and analysis. Experience in campaign proposition briefing and development. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or customer-focused environment. Strong CRM experience. What’s In It For You? Location: Dunstable (2 - 3 days per week) Work type: Contract (3 - 6 months) Salary: £150 - £250 per day Inside IR35 Immediate start and opportunity for contract extension.
