We support individuals with their daily living skills, primarily focusing on their mental health, enabling them to transition from service dependency to self-risk management by providing them with the tools to manage in a more proactive, positive way.

Responsibilities:
You must be passionate about supporting individuals who want the opportunity to make changes in their lives. Main duties include:
1. Assist or administer medication.
2. Contribute to Risk and Support Plans.
3. Support colleagues to implement agreed ways of working.
4. Follow all policies and procedures within the home.
5. Help individuals develop skills and knowledge to become as independent as possible. No personal care needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 48 per week
