Generous benefits, including 25 days holiday bank holidays, company pension scheme, cycle-to-work, and more Additional perks such as discounts on legal and estate agency fees Career development opportunities with hands-on training and supervision from experienced fee earners What You’ll Be Doing Responding quickly to client enquiries and providing assistance over the phone and face-to-face Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, with appropriate supervision Assisting with the preparation of complex documents, including property dispositions and probate matters Managing the Land Registry portal to handle applications and obtain office copies Attending clients, providing updates, and ensuring the smooth progression of cases Managing day-to-day administrative tasks including typing, document preparation, and file management Billing for work completed and liaising with the finance department on invoices Ensuring all compliance, due diligence, and AML requirements are met Working collaboratively with the internal team to deliver outstanding results What We’re Looking For Ideally, previous experience in a busy private client legal environment (or recent legal qualification) Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills Proactive and self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Exceptional written and verbal communication skills A positive attitude, with a client-focused approach and the ability to work well The Role Join a forward-thinking legal team in Abingdon as a Paralegal, where you'll be a vital part of the Private Client department.
