We are looking for a Senior Direct Marketing Manager to join Demelza.
You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Individual Giving and Legacy programmes to maximise and grow sustainable income from individual supporters.
Leading on the acquisition of new supporters, building engaging stewardship journeys to increase supporter engagement, increasing lifetime value and reducing supporter attrition.
You Will
1. Grow sustainable income from individual giving supporters including one-off donations, regular donations, payroll givers, in memory donations and legacy gifts.
2. Develop budgets and take overall responsibility for managing income and expenditure ensuring that targets are met, costs are controlled and take a proactive approach to reducing any financial deficits across the income stream.
3. Lead on the organisation’s individual giving strategy, identifying and recruiting target audiences using a blend of online and offline marketing channels to achieve agreed ROI.
4. Lead on the development of in memory and legacy initiatives, such as legacy stewardship events, tribute funds and free will writing.
