Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in property management and development? Join my clients Technical Development Estates team, where you’ll be the driving force behind maintaining and enhancing their diverse property portfolio.
As a Technical Development Coordinator, you will be the primary source of technical advice for their internal stakeholders, including Asset Managers and Estate Managers. Your expertise will support the coordination of building-related issues, refurbishment projects, and dilapidation management to ensure our properties are in optimal condition for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination: Lead the delivery of high-quality estate and property works on time and within budget while mitigating risks.
* Refurbishments: Manage budgets, prepare project scopes, and ensure compliance with sustainability and health/safety policies.
* Dilapidations: Prepare detailed Schedules of Dilapidations and negotiate settlements with customers.
* Licences for Alterations: Provide technical advice on occupier alterations and ensure SEGRO’s interests are protected.
* People Management: Select suppliers, organize tenders, and lead regular project meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
* Professional qualification: RICS, CIOB, or equivalent.
* Experience: Experience in refurbishments and dilapidations.
* Knowledge: Knowledge of Building Regulations and Health & Safety.
