We are looking to employ a Quality Technician to join the Quality Team at the Telford site. This role is important in ensuring the precision and reliability of our customers' instruments and machinery, supporting our commitment to quality and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a drive for all aspects of quality and continuous improvement, who is able to communicate effectively at all levels within the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the production / updating of correct templates that increases the Telford capability and ensures continued relevance of existing calibrations on the multi-vendor site.
2. Validation of Calibration reports produced to ensure compliance, quality and correct delivery to customer.
3. Instrumental in the application of UKAS requirements to maintain Telford's Accredited status (e.g. environmental controls, interlab comparisons, etc.).
4. Coordinate quality / complaint investigations across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Ensure continuous compliance to Keysight global and local processes through checks and audits so that the customer gets the best service.
6. Deputize for the Quality Manager.
Qualifications:
1. 3 years experience in a quality-based role.
2. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025.
3. Computer literate, specifically in Excel and Word.
4. Experience in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, pharmaceuticals, or other precision-driven industries would be advantageous.
