Job Summary: The Digital Sales Platform Manager at Wenzel’s is responsible for driving online and digital partnership revenue, ensuring sustained growth in both turnover and platform performance. This role involves the direct management of key delivery aggregators, including Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, and Too Good to Go, with responsibilities covering:
* Planning and executing promotions and offers.
* Collaborating with the marketing team on offers, promotions, menu optimisation, and seasonal events.
* Managing platform performance and driving growth.
* Conducting detailed analysis of platform performance and reporting to line manager.
* Ensuring effective communication between the digital team and in-store teams.
* Training and developing store teams to enhance their understanding of digital platforms and how their in-store actions impact performance.
* Working with the development team to enhance in-house software, improving digital performance.
* Overseeing menu management, product placement, digital content, and pricing strategy.
* Ensuring consistency across all platforms.
* Identifying areas for improvement using platform metrics and implementing action plans accordingly.
Additional Responsibilities:
* E-commerce & Click and Collect Management – Overseeing and driving web sales performance via Wenzel’s in-house e-commerce platform.
* Revenue Growth & Innovation – Proactively identifying new revenue opportunities, targeting non-spenders, and responding to market trends with strategic proposals.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong understanding of emerging technologies and commercial opportunities.
* Ability to develop relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
* Proven ability to set, monitor, and achieve performance targets.
* Experience in delivering creative solutions to drive sales and engagement.
* Relevant work experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or platform management.

* Salary £45,000 - £55,000

Working Conditions:
