Role overview
We are looking for an organised, reliable and friendly ‘Facilities Administrator’ to help provide key support to our Facilities team and wider office here at Bidwells in Trumpington. You will help the team to oversee the reception desk, corporate hospitality, general building maintenance and the post room.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Providing administrative support to the Facilities Manager
2. Ordering of refreshment supplies for employees and meeting rooms
3. Ordering and stock control of office supplies including stationery, print and catering
4. Coordinating the collection and receipt of keys for clients and contractors as required
5. Work on Front of House including meeting and greeting of all visitors to the Cambridge office
6. Answering and transferring of all switchboard calls
7. Sorting and distribution of all incoming post in the morning and collection and franking of all outgoing post in the evening
8. Recording of all cheques received
9. Arrangement of UK and international couriers, cars and taxi bookings
10. Assisting with corporate hospitality provision as required and covering for absence
11. Management of bookings of pool cars and bikes
12. Maintaining staff car registration details and issuing of permits
About you:
13. Previous experience in a customer service role with excellent customer service skills
14. Strong attention to detail
15. Good working knowledge of MS Office including word, excel and outlook
16. Ability to prioritise workload
17. Strong communicator, both written and verbal
