What you’ll do:
8. Lead preparation and hosting for Customer and ISO 9001 audits.
9. Responding and scheduling to customer audits.
10. Completing customer questionnaires.
11. Leading Purolite’s vendor management program including conducting supplier audits.
12. Managing Internal audits to monitor compliance of internal operations, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
13. Preparing all actions plans needed from all audits, internal, external.
14. Setting up internal workshop and communication related to CAPAs actions plan.
15. Initiating the relevant KPIs.
16. Managing clients complaints
17. Communicate and liaise with customers and sales as necessary.
18. Participation in the change control process to ensure changes to processes, systems, equipment, and facilities are appropriately assessed and implemented
What you'll need:
19. A scientific degree, or equivalent
20. Experience in a global regulated environment with a sound understanding of quality system requirements. (cGMP and ISO9001 advantageous)
21. Must have software and technical skills, all Microsoft Office applications. (Q-Pulse or other electronic QMS software an advantage)
22. Internal Auditing experience to ISO9001 requirements (cGMP advantageous).
23. Lead auditor training (desirable).
24. Experience in hosting customer audits
