Manage the department’s resources and ensure the effective implementation of the Maths curriculum. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the school’s vision and educational goals. Experience & Qualifications: Degree in Maths or a related subject. QTS or PGCE in teaching. Significant experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4, with some experience at KS5. Proven leadership potential, with experience leading a team or department A strong understanding of curriculum development and assessment strategies. Strong organizational and communication skills.
