Customer Service Coordinator - Middlewich - Permanent Role - Office Based
Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on experience.
Shift Pattern - Mon - Fri - 08.00am - 17.00pm with 1 hour lunch (unpaid).

What We Are Looking For:
* Office based customer service or administrative experience is required.
* Previous experience of managing key customer accounts would be highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A good level of IT Literacy.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role:
* Management of key customer accounts, dealing with enquiries and processing of customer orders.
* Working closely with internal planning team to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Managing of customer expectations and informing of any delays in receipt of goods.
* Providing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for all customers.
* Dealing with complaints.
* Quality checking of each order and obtaining delivery confirmations.
* General administrative support.
