Salary Range £35,000 to £38,000 depending on experience

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and cover a wide variety of tasks across merchandising, retailing and production.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Wholesale Account Management:
* Managing a portfolio of wholesale customers, understanding our partners trading climate and where we can boost performance
* Seasonal buy management
* Order processing and intake management
* Raising seasonal and in season sales confirmations and maintaining customer intake trackers
* Correspondence with customers – sending out sales confirmations and chasing corresponding customer purchase orders
* Working with fulfilment team to monitor deliveries and highlight any problems to the relevant account managers
* Weekly uploading of customer raw trade data
* Ensure intake tracker is populated with new orders
* Setting up international price lists
* Ensure product information is accurately maintained on Sage
* Manage the product set up process
* Accurately launch products onto customer Ecom platforms
* Ensure product information is accurate on customer Ecom platforms post launch
* Update and maintain MTR packs
* Cascade out to relevant teams for review
* Oversee calendar invites to MTR meeting
1. Preparing, Monitoring & Reviewing Sales Analysis:
* Maintaining consolidated customer performance documents
* Adhoc competition analysis
* Adhoc analysis on sell in or sell out
* Creating and managing packaging trackers
* Managing picture sticker and barcode requirements
* Uploading factory purchase orders
2. End of Season Analysis:
* Produce seasonal performance reports on sell out trade data
* Produce seasonal performance summary packs
Key Skills Needed:
* Educated to degree level preferred
* 3+ years of experience in merchandising, with at least 1 year within an Assistant Merchandising role.
* Strong Excel skills and a data driven analytical mindset.
* Proficiency in maintaining Excel based WSSI’s and line cards
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast paced environment
* Strong problem solving skills, a critical thinker who proactively brings ideas and solutions
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
* Effective time management, balancing personal workload while managing expectations of others
* Proactive and adaptable always looking for ways to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
* Strong team player, committed to supporting shared objectives
