Overview of Role:
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for servicing, managing and developing multiple key accounts. They will drive account growth and development opportunities, alongside exceptional service delivery. The Senior Account Manager will have accountability for maintaining their own growth pipeline in line with divisional and individually set targets. They are expected to win new logos and contribute to the overall growth of the UK division.
Responsibilities:
Account Growth:
* Achieves and exceeds sales targets set in line with role, by identifying, developing and winning growth sales opportunities.
* Develops strategic growth plans in line with business objectives.
* Develops and manages lead generation plans and activities within allocated accounts.
* Identifies new projects and programmes of work within clients, leading to new opportunities for Grayce.
* Accountable for maintaining up to date client growth pipeline.
* Onboards and grows new accounts.
* Accountable for the Account Development plans and execution in collaboration with the wider team.
* Works alongside UK MD to strengthen and grow executive relationships.
Client and Commercial Management:
* Understands the nuances and specific requirements of each individual client account and their short-term and longer-term needs.
* Maintains account numbers.
* Maintains internal price files.
* Responsible for escalations and commercial issues.
* Responds to client bids.
* Negotiates commercial position and renewals with clients.
* Accountable for quarterly business reviews and annual business reviews.
Service Delivery:
* Maintains strong relationships externally with clients, and internally with key stakeholders and wider HQ teams.
* Coordinates and facilitates quarterly review meetings alongside Delivery Manager and as per the Grayce Service Delivery Framework.
* Works in collaboration with Delivery Managers within respective accounts to strengthen and develop client relationships, mapping out white space and developing action plans for expanding existing accounts.
* Maintains open dialogue with key members of the team, reporting on account activity.
* Develops and maintains client relationships, attending client locations ensuring regular visibility and onsite presence.
* Manages client entertainment and events, ensuring return on investment.
* Collaborates with Delivery Managers to ensure we are fully engaged across our Analyst community within accounts.
* Represents the Grayce Brand across your allocated accounts and our client analyst teams.
Business Development:
* Develop new business, owning the sales cycle from nurture to conversion.
* Managing successful on-boarding of new clients in partnership with Delivery Management team.
* Supporting Marketing to develop sales collateral and campaigns.
* Representing the business and UK division at networking events to support growth and brand.
General:
* Is visible within both Grayce offices and client sites on a weekly basis i.e. 3 days per week.
* Any additional duties and responsibilities required in line with level of role.

There are no direct reports to the Senior Account Manager position.

Qualifications & Experience:
* 3+ years in an account management and/or sales role.
* Demonstrable experience of managing and scaling key accounts.
* Experience working in a matrix organisation and successfully delivering and executing for clients.
* Knowledge and/or experience of consulting, change and transformation or emerging talent development industries.
