The Process & Packaging Technologist is a key role within the Technical team providing specialist support for Process and Packaging development at factory level (what we refer to as our sites ). The role has key stakeholder links to the site Operations/Engineering teams, R&D and Project Teams. You'll focus on quality and cost optimisation of processes and process controls to deliver Right First Time' production.

As a Process & Packaging Technologist, what will you be doing?
* Lead as a Subject Matter Expert : Act as the go-to expert on site processes and packaging, coaching teams to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Develop and Optimise Packaging Solutions : Create fit-for-purpose packaging for new and renovated products, managing trials and travel tests to ensure successful outcomes.
* Drive Quality and Process Improvements : Implement process controls, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to reduce defects and consumer complaints.
* Collaborate on Equipment Upgrades : Support CAPEX planning, commissioning, and start-up of new or replacement equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.
* Maintain Technical Standards : Develop and manage packaging specifications, technical documentation, and reports while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
