SENIOR HR MANAGER

We have an exciting opportunity for a Snr HR Manager to join our UK Regional team contributing to hands-on and strategic levels for an assigned group of business clients in the delivery of their business goals As a Senior HR Manager you will responsible for implementing our corporate policies, processes, and procedures, all while supporting the strategic agenda developed by our HR Business Partners (HRBPs). You will lead on projects and contribute to global initiatives, in full support of the Business you are aligned.
About The Role:
1. Partner with Business Leaders and HRBPs implementing local business specific people strategies, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, talent and development engaging with Centres of Excellence as needed
2. Provide UK regional HR support to first line managers & employees including guidance on policies, people processes and facilitation of cyclical processes
3. Manage mid-complex employee relations cases
4. Coach, mentor and challenge Leaders and Managers to embed a culture of team effectiveness, promotion of Thomson Reuters vision and values and fair and consistent people management
5. Partner with the business on organisation design and re-design which increase business performance, including the execution of all agreed subsequent actions.
6. Contribute to M&A due diligence or integration
7. To forecast, plan and monitor workforce-planning in line with the business strategy and new business opportunities to make sure it employs the correct workforce with the right skills at the right time.
8. Drive diversity & inclusion agenda across all HR levers (talent, reward, culture, learning, etc) in service of creating a world class culture of talent
9. Analyse data and trends, identifying people & culture needs and partner effectively with business and HR stakeholders to design, recommend and deliver relevant talent solutions
10. Be a role model for the UKI People team in coaching/supporting them
About You
11. Experience of managing and driving HR initiatives across all HR levers (reward, employee relations, talent, etc) in a fast-paced, complex environment
12. Solid business acumen with demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions
13. Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
14. Ability to multi task, work well under pressure and ability to us own initiative.
15. Good presentation skills both internally and client facing
16. Very sound knowledge of localized Employment Law
17. Capacity to challenge the status quo
18. Agility, comfortable with change
19. Business, HR, or relevant university degree (CIPD Preferred in UK)
