Some won’t get to decide what they do for work or how to spend or save their money. Many won't get to try out the new hobbies they’d love to try. But you can change all that. What we offer you Where you’ll be working: Bristol Your salary: £11.74 per hour Your working hours: We offer lots of flexibility to suit you and those you support. If you are interested in ‘Sleep ins’, we will pay you £44.62 per shift plus over 12% holiday pay. Generous Holidays: 33 days of annual leave (including eight days statutory bank holidays). Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas. Training & development: Earn money while you get a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care. Lots of benefits: Health, retail, and cash incentives to use how you want. What you’ll be doing Every day is different. This can range from supporting someone to plan their weekly shop, to going on an outdoor adventure. Providing everyday personal care or supporting someone to go to their favourite gig. Building someone’s confidence in using public transport or teaching money management skills. What's important is supporting people to discover new interests, achieve new goals, and maintain important relationships with their family and friends. You’ll provide the highest possible standard of care and support for learning disabled adults. Our services in Bristol are busy and fun places to work at. Each day is different, and you will support people to develop their skills and achieve their goals. The individuals we support are very busy, and you would assist them in activities and to access the community. Public transport to our service here is limited, so it would be great if you had a driving licence and access to a car or can get help getting to and from the service.
