We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join company based in Marchington town centre to work as a receptionist and support with general admin duties.
Job Title: Receptionist
Pay Rate: GBP12.00PH
Hours: 08:30am : 17:00pm (Monday to Friday)
What will I be doing?
* Being first point of contact answering incoming calls.
* Welcoming visitors / guests to the reception area.
* Administration tasks as and when required.
What do I need to know?
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Experience within a similar role preferred however training is provided
* Good communication skills
* Computer skills and understanding
* Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills
