About the Role:
As our Field Installations Manager, you will oversee the fitting of bathroom furniture displays across our network of UK retailers. This vital role ensures timely, efficient, and high-quality installations, enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence. You’ll manage installation bookings, coordinate with customers, and ensure smooth and professional service delivery.
What will you do?
1. Oversee nationwide bathroom furniture display installations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
2. Coordinate bookings, schedule fitting appointments, and liaise with customers throughout the installation process.
3. Resolve installation issues promptly, ensuring customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
4. Support the team of display fitters, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed for success.
5. Assign workloads and monitor performance to ensure high-quality workmanship.
6. Conduct site visits and quality checks to uphold high standards.
7. Implement continuous improvement initiatives in processes and service delivery.
8. Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving concerns.
9. Analyse customer feedback to drive service improvements and enhance satisfaction.
10. Maintain accurate records of schedules, feedback, and team performance.
11. Provide senior management with updates on progress, challenges, and customer satisfaction metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in a supervisory or installation-related role within customer-facing environments.
2. Background in furniture or bathroom product installations with technical knowledge of fitting processes.
3. Full UK driving licence (essential).
4. Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple bookings and projects.
5. High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
6. Proficient in scheduling software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other IT tools.
7. Proactive, self-motivated, and focused on results.
8. Adaptable, organised, and professional under pressure.
