Customer Service Administrator
Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Wrexham
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
Salary: £11.44 per hour (Rising to £12.04 per hour after 12 weeks)
Our client, the leading learning provider of its industry, is expanding their team and requires an additional Customer Service Administrator to support with their learner queries and data entry.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
1. Managing incoming calls.
2. Uploading learner information onto a bespoke system.
3. Data Entry.
4. Communicating with a variety of training officers, companies, and apprentices.
5. Reviewing recorded data captured.
6. The occasional outbound call.
The Successful Candidate should:
1. Have excellent customer service skills and the confidence to take inbound telephone calls.
2. Possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Be proficient in Microsoft packages and be computer literate.
4. Understand the importance of safeguarding.
5. Have effective communication skills (listening, verbal, written).
