As a leading environmental consultancy, APEM Group’s continued growth and international expansion has created an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. In this vital role, you’ll be more than just a support. You’ll be a proactive partner, helping shape efficient operations and governance practices that reduce risk and drive our mission forward. You’ll oversee key processes, enabling the CEO and Executive Team to maintain focus on the company’s strategic goals.

With a keen sense of corporate governance, you’ll ensure essential tasks are completed to protect the organization and facilitate informed decision-making. We are looking for applications that demonstrate:

* Extensive experience supporting senior executives, with an emphasis on managing communications, scheduling, and board materials.
* Exceptional organisational and project management skills with a track record of managing governance and reporting processes.
* Discretion and confidence in decision-making, alongside a collaborative and adaptable approach.
