About this opportunity
Make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people across Cumberland. You’ll lead initiatives to enhance access to safe accommodation and targeted support services, ensuring early intervention and effective multi-agency collaboration.
As a manager, you’ll oversee a dedicated team delivering high-quality assessments and planned programmes of support. You’ll develop policies and frameworks that drive consistent service delivery, work closely with partners across statutory and voluntary sectors, and use data insights to shape preventative strategies.
If you have a strong background in social welfare, criminal justice, care, or housing—and a passion for supporting young people—this is an opportunity to lead real change.
