What you'll be doing:
* Nurturing and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients at AD level, leading to mutual trust and excellent collaboration.
* Pro-active, anticipating client’s needs, planning ahead to make sure they are met.
* Lead projects independently, making sure experts are included whenever required to add value to our client’s experience of VML.
* Inspirational team leadership: ensuring the highest level of project delivery, including the most effective and efficient way of working.
* Financial responsibility and managing projects efficiently to provide clients with value for money and maximising our profitability. Ensuring that all project budgets are approved by the Partner/Client Business Director/Senior Client Director.
* Pro-actively working with the Business Director to further opportunities within the client company.
* Working closely with the internal teams, including; Creative, Strategy, and Project Management.
What you'll need:
* Experience BTL channels including; shopper marketing activations and experiential.
* Background working within an advertising agency.
* Excellent communicator.
* Leading projects and client relationships.
* Pro-active and passionate.
* Resourceful.
* Outgoing and inquisitive.
* Passion for strategic and creative shopper development.
* Good understanding of clients’ business, FMCG category.
* Managing expectations internally and externally.
* Good at building long-lasting client relationships.
