We are looking for an individual to move into this key senior leadership role. You’ll be a team player, capable of bringing people together, inspiring teams, and driving innovation and collaboration across NHS Tayside, with our local partners and at a regional and national level.
As Associate Director, you will lead the Optimising Workstreams and Transformation Programmes in Acute Services, working whole system to drive forward the national Reform agenda priorities through our Annual Delivery Plans and longer-term Acute Services strategic plan.
We are looking for an agile, innovative, forward-thinking individual who can demonstrate success in large scale programmes of innovation and change at both local and regional levels. The successful candidate will require to be a resilient and compassionate leader with a proven track record of leading and embedding change whilst ensuring effective clinical and fiscal governance. You will be an effective communicator with experience of collaboration and partnership working, gained within a complex care environment.
