This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the largest and most impactful homicide investigations, running alongside a Public Inquiry. The Role As the investigation reaches a decisive turning point, your work will focus on building cases against key individuals and companies responsible for the tower's refurbishment. You'll be part of a fast-moving and intense investigative team tasked with advancing this crucial operation. Job Title: Agency Staff Worker Band: Band D Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Part-time/condensed hours are available (minimum of 3 days per week). Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home. Overtime available (not mandatory). Key Responsibilities: Action-led tasking to progress established criminal investigations. Conduct investigative work to support the prosecution of those responsible for the Grenfell Tower fire disaster. Essential Criteria: Proven experience in major or complex crime investigations. Desirable Criteria: Experience in a Major Incident Room (MIR) or Major Investigation Team (MIT) environment. Familiarity with the HOLMES system. Strong written and report-writing skills.
