In support of our continued global expansion, we are seeking a talented Training Program Manager to join our team in the UK. Position Summary The Training Program Manager is responsible for supporting the Director of Training & Education with the development, implementation and delivery of training content for employees and customers. This is a flexible, on-site role in Oxford. Listed below are the major responsibilities of the role and a brief description of some of the key tasks to be performed. This list is not totally exhaustive. Requirements Under direction from the Director, Training & Education the Training Program Manager will be responsible for: Supporting the Director of Training & Education with: Aligning Education department activities with corporate goals and objectives Creating the annual training plan and resources necessary to achieve goals Development and implementation of education programs for employees and customers Management of the OrganOx Training Centre, including set-up with needed equipment, maintenance of supplies and management of facilities schedule Design, development, and implementation of online training tools e.g. Learning Management System (LMS) Maintenance of the Learning Management System content, content development and reporting Maintenance of all electronic training department records for all trainees to meet company and FDA/BSI policies and guidelines Content Development and Data-Driven Improvement: Continuously assess the effectiveness of both internal and external training programs through evaluations and feedback mechanisms. Analyze data and use insights to improve training content, delivery methods, and overall program effectiveness. Development of training program content and course development. Program Management: Own the execution of training programs, including logistics, attendee registration and travel, equipment needs, and administrative tasks for both sales and physician/extended care team programs. General: Maintains and applies expertise in instructional design, adult learning and facilitation. Maintains a high level of cooperation and support by interfacing with the field leadership and other departments and take corrective measures to resolve deficiencies. Maintains a global training partnership with OUS colleagues. Other duties as assigned by Director of Training & Education Adhere to the letter and spirit of OrganOx’s Code of Conduct and all other company policies Skills & Experience A minimum of 3 years’ experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in medical device training and/or instructional design. Clinical field training and Learning Management System (LMS) experience strongly desired. Previous experience in sales / clinical applications within the medical device industry or clinical nursing strong desired. Experience in areas of strategic planning, training development and delivery. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of the Company. Must work effectively with physicians and affiliated hospital staff. Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Instructional Design and/or Life Sciences required, Master’s degree welcome Computer literate and familiar with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge and experience with Learning Management Systems Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time for training programs, corporate meetings, and conferences.
