We're looking for a dedicated Scheduler to join a property maitenence team to help deliver exceptional service to some of the UK's largest building owners and facility managers.
What you'll do:
* Work within a busy and supportive team to schedule and plan maintenance works effectively.
* Provide excellent customer service to residents, arranging appointments with tradespeople.
* Handle resident queries, changes, and reschedulings.
* Log jobs onto our management system.
* Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople to coordinate work schedules.
