We are on the lookout for a confident sales administrator ideally with administrative experience in a sales environment. You will work with members of the customer service, and sales team and be tasked with accurate and timely administration of key support tasks.
You will strive for excellence in customer satisfaction and in accuracy of information.
As a Sales Administrator, you'll be a valuable support for our internal customer service, operational, credit control and sales teams. You will enjoy investigating invoice queries, getting to the root cause, and putting them right. You will be a thorough and accurate administrator whether setting up new accounts, logging complaints, processing customer credits or providing information to colleagues or customers. You will understand that a strong administration function ensures the business runs smoothly.
What you’ll deliver day-to-day:
+ Thoroughly investigate all sales ledger queries including delivery and pricing issues and resolve in a timely manner.
+ Process requests for new and amended customer accounts.
+ Generate credit requests and organise goods returns.
+ Log complaints accurately on the ERP system and co-ordinate the investigation through to customer response.
+ Provide requested information to customers (ie product info.) and log customers regulatory requests accurately on the ticketing system.
+ Ensure first class service by understanding our customers’ requirements and developing a deep understanding of what they need from our business.
About you:
+ A UK resident and currently living in the UK.
+ Have the right to work in the UK - an offer of employment is subject to satisfactory proof of this.
+ Very comfortable using a PC, Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software, (experience of SAP would be an advantage).
+ Delight in investigating customer problems, getting to the root cause and putting them right.
+ Personable, organised and resilient.
+ Ideally, you will have some administration experience within a sales environment.
