Job Description
The Credit Controller will be responsible for:

4. Actively chasing and collecting outstanding payments, ensuring adherence to credit policies and guidelines.
5. Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.

7. Regularly reviewing and assessing credit limits and terms, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
8. Collaborating with internal teams to provide credit information and support decision-making.
9. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payment history.
10. Generating reports and analysis to track key credit metrics and identify potential risks.
11. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in credit control.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Credit Controller will have:
