THE ROLE
As a B2C and B2B business, we seek to grow awareness and sales of the Henry Wag brand through proactive online marketing, social media, and sponsored selling. The role will be to ensure we continue to communicate with our customers and the wider market using all digital means available to us, and to maximize B2C and B2B sales.
The digital marketing executive will run social media campaigns including competitions, product news, and influencer content, and interact with followers. You will write blog posts and, where necessary, boost posts for maximum exposure. You will work with our team to develop the website back office to improve customer experience and grow sales. You will interact with influencers to generate content and increase exposure. You will set up and run Google Ads, Google Shopping, and display ads campaigns. You will work with us to maximize sales on marketplace platforms through promotions and seller benefits. You will create graphics to support our sales team in communicating with retailers and consumers.
You will be involved in wider brand marketing, including brand management, marketing planning, print advertising, event management, and strategy.

3p is a manufacturer and distributor of accessories designed to improve the health and well-being of pets and simplify pet ownership. We are passionate about products that enhance pet health and well-being and simplify pet care for the pet parent, aiming to foster a closer bond between pets and owners. We are the brand owners of Henry Wag, the core brand you'd be working for.
We are a small team with a detailed plan for growth based in the Forest of Dean, looking for an additional team member to help elevate the Henry Wag brand awareness to the next level and build a community feel around the brand. As a dog products brand, you will have a love of dogs and be comfortable creating content while working with animals.
TASKS
Social Media tasks
* Post regularly on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
* Write blogs for the website to fit with our marketing strategy.
* Boost posts and manage responses to social media.
* Run social media competitions, retailer profiling, and other content to engage our followers.
* Liaise with influencers and collaborators to generate content and increase exposure.
* Interact with followers to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Sponsored Programs
* Set up and manage PPC Google Ads.
* Manage Google Shopping campaigns.
* Run display Ads campaigns.
Website Tasks
* Maintain accurate product listings.
* Maintain our members' interest with engaging content newsletters and promotions.
* Develop our website back office to improve customer experience and increase sales.
Creative
* Experienced in social media and digital marketing; builds creative and original campaigns.
* Applies creative ideas to deliver engaging content to grow our following and brand awareness.
* Produces images and graphics using Canva or similar tools.
* Creates images of products and dogs in both studio and lifestyle settings.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
