The Details & Benefits

• Salary: £25,000 per annum
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (1-hour lunch)

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will:
• Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and social media messages - no phone calls!
• Process and pack customer orders to a high standard, ensuring everything is correct and well presented.
• Keep track of stock levels, do regular stock checks, and arrange reorders when needed.
• Reply to online customer reviews and look for ways to improve feedback.
What You Need to Have:
• A minimum of 1 year's experience within a Customer Service role.
• Experience working within a company that deals with a physical product.
• Able to pick up computer systems.
• Comfortable in a hands-on role, including packing and handling stock in a warehouse environment.
