Main Duties:
Appraising situations to develop solutions for varied problems.
Collating, checking, and organising returns.
Supporting the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Creating and updating files while maintaining accurate records.
Handling routine enquiries through the One Contact Centre.
Completing digital tasks, including:
Data input
Complex word processing
Minute taking
Using a variety of software packages
Key Skills Required:
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software packages.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in data entry and maintaining records.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
