* Managing local client and CBRE budgets and report any out-of-line situations
* Control and manage service charge accounts where appropriate, providing monthly report data to Regional Facilities Management Director and Finance Manager
* Ensure Client satisfaction by being responsible for achieving client SLR and driving acceptable service delivery performance
* Conduct supplier surveys on MySupplier, compile Customer Monthly Management Report and Subcontractor reviews with the Chief Engineer
* Carry out site inductions and organise training for the team.
* Helpdesk coverage including but not limited to; logging, distributing and closing of planned maintenance and reactive calls on Corrigo.
* Mitigating KPI failures and proactively managing Corrigo WO's for the technicians and re-assigning to the correct personnel

* Raise/review Purchase Orders, comprehensive spend tracking, process supplier invoices and resolve any queries whilst chasing debt to keep within contractual terms.

* Co-ordination of sub-contractor files, ensuring they are statutorily compliant with QHSE requirements.
* Log in hazards & customer feedback on the QHSE Management Portal
* Maintain eLogbook's and logbooks compliance.
* Obtain supplier quotes and uploading onto the internal system for client approval.
Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
* Member of BIFM or another FM professional body
* Ideally educated to Degree level
* People management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
* PC Literate - Word, Excel, and Ideally with Lotus Notes experience Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
* Confidential and discrete approach with calm manner, ability to work under pressure and with changing demands and priorities.
* Commercial and financial awareness
* Technical Background with an understanding of HVAC systems within Buildings
* Previous operations experience of facilities management or service delivery (possible specialist areas such as M&E, catering, security and cleaning)
* Travel as the role requires to support the office in both Frankfurt and Dusseldorf
