Responsibilities:
Develop and cultivate our client's company culture, inclusive of core values and employee behaviours.
Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with hiring managers in the recruitment process.
Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new team members.
Enhance staff communication channels and maintain the People HR system.
Administer employee benefits and provide guidance on terms and conditions of employment.
Coach and develop team leaders, sharing best practises and supporting their growth.
Monitor staff appraisals and goal-setting processes.
Identify skills gaps and design training programmes.
Promote employee well-being through the implementation of company initiatives.
