Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Buddy to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Maghull from April 2025. This rewarding role is initially temporary, with the exciting opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
About the Role:
* Supporting pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
* Working on a 1:1 basis and with small groups to help manage behaviour, encourage positive choices and boost engagement in learning.
* Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCO and pastoral teams.
* Creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

* Has experience working with children, inside or outside of an educational setting.
* Is calm, patient and resilient, with strong behaviour management skills.
* Can build positive relationships and act as a role model.
* Is committed to helping pupils overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
