Are you passionate about HR and eager to make an impact in a fast moving and forward-thinking business. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior People Partner to join our team, supporting our Supply Chain Centre HR Business Partner.
This is a newly created role, offering you the chance to shape and develop the role as you see fit. The role is field based, meaning you will at times be required to travel to one of our five sites across the UK & Ireland. Your role will require you to collaborate with the HR People Partner to support our Supply Chain operations, drive HR initiatives and projects that will help to enhance employee engagement and productivity whilst providing proactive solutions to HR-related challenges.

What are we looking for:
* Experience leading projects and coordinating project activities, so great communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships is a must
* Experience working on Change programmes and new site openings would be beneficial
* Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
