You’ll work closely with a skilled team, driving continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. What You’ll Do: Troubleshoot and improve automated production and packaging equipment. Develop preventative maintenance plans to reduce downtime and maximize output. Lead installations and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring seamless integration and knowledge transfer. Mentor apprentices and Technical Operators, fostering a learning culture. Collaborate with management and teams to recommend cost-effective solutions and support technical challenges. Promote health and safety best practices across the department. What You’ll Bring: A qualification in Electrical Engineering. Proven experience in a high-speed manufacturing or production environment or similar Knowledge of 17th Edition/Electricity at Work Regulations. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A proactive, collaborative approach and a continuous improvement mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
