Job Summary
You are a part of the NHV’s Finance team and you work closely together with the bases of the entities you are responsible for.
Responsibilities & Areas
CLOSINGS (MONTHLY AND YEARLY)
* Month end closing
* Provide support and help team members in all accounting and financial related matters
* Provide support during statutory audits
* Preparation of Annual Accounts
INVOICES
* Process incoming invoices and credit notes on a daily basis to ensure that correct settlement can be guaranteed, follow up on missing approvals
* Follow up, post, assimilate the invoices according to the accurate and structured process
* Provide support for local tax obligations for WHT, VAT and other local taxes if applicable.
* Edit and distribute the invoices to customers and collect the payments of the customers
* Follow up employee expenses in Rydoo
PAYMENTS
* Daily bank postings
* Ensure that VAT, Payroll and other local taxes are paid when due
PROJECTS
* Ad-hoc assistance for financial or accounting projects
Experience
* Bachelor in economy or accounting or similar through experience
Skills
* Good knowledge of Excel
* Hands on mentality
* Commitment to meet deadlines
* Good communication skills
* Driven by results, work accurate, problem solver
* Languages: English
* Attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy
